The wire bail with its high-quality orange rubber seal keeps the contents airtight, which means a long-term shelf life. The Super Terrine’s shape and sizes are good for pates, layered terrines and potted desserts. It can also be used like a standard canning jar for soups, sauces, pickled vegetables, olives, salsas, baby food and dry goods. The straight sides make the jar suitable for freezing, providing at least 3cm headspace is left at the top to allow for food expansion.
