WORLDO ("we", "our", or "the service") is a product search engine that indexes publicly available product information from independent Shopify stores. WORLDO does not sell, fulfill, ship, or handle any products. All transactions occur directly between users and the respective merchant stores.

2. Use of Service

You may use WORLDO to search for and discover products from indexed stores. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from WORLDO without prior written permission.
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms or submissions.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service's infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property

All product images, titles, descriptions, prices, and other content displayed on WORLDO are the property of their respective merchants. WORLDO does not claim ownership over any third-party content. The WORLDO name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property.

4. Merchant Submissions

Store owners may submit their Shopify store for inclusion in our search index. By submitting a store, you represent that you have the authority to do so and agree that your publicly available product data may be indexed and displayed by WORLDO. Store owners may request removal at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

WORLDO provides links to external merchant websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any site you visit.

6. No Warranty

WORLDO is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product information is accurate, complete, or current. Product availability, pricing, and details are managed by the respective merchants.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WORLDO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. WORLDO is a discovery platform, not a party to any transaction between users and merchants.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
