Made locally in Raleigh, NC Crude Bitters & Sodas is owned and operated by our friends Craig and Lindsay. This husband-and-wife team have been hand crafting cocktail bitters and sh rub syrup concentrates since 2012. Everything is done in small batches from organic ingredients with no glycerin, chemicals, or dyes and only glass pots or wood barrels are used for the storage and aging of their products.'Big Bear' is a rich, velvety, and perky addition to any cocktail flavored with whole coffee beans and bittersweet cocoa nibs - a couple of drops with rum, bourbon, or whiskey is perfection.
