First Edition. Collins, London 1966.Jacket design by Kenneth Farnhill. Book is very good except some spotting to the edges of the text block and some mild staining to the endpapers . Dustwrapper is very good except some traces of creasing on the top of the front panel and slight rubbing to the edges. Price (18 s.net) is unclipped and intact.
