Distiller Notes 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Gold Medal Winner Aromas of poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glacé. Flavors of orange marmalade, raspberry, spici ness of rye, and bitter chocolate. The finish is mellow with a hint of exotic incense wood, moderate to long aftertaste. Fuji Single Grain Whiskey is best enjoyed in a bespoke Kimura tasting glass, or a Sauvignon Blanc wine glass, with a gentle few drops of water to elevate the aromatics, and pairs beautifully with decadent dark chocolate.
