Raypak 406A Metal Head Flue Collector is a replacement metal head flue collector for the Raypak heater models identified in the product title. This component helps route exhaust gases from the heat exchanger area into the venting path, making it an important service part when the original collector is damaged, corroded, warped, or no longer sealing correctly. Because flue and combustion components are model-specific, the part number 010078F should be checked against the heater data plate, parts diagram, or previous component before installation. This is especially important on Raypak heaters where similar model numbers may use different head materials, cabinet layouts, or collector dimensions. Replacement flue collector for the Raypak model/application shown in the title. Helps maintain the intended exhaust path above the heat exchanger section. Useful when servicing a leaking, deteriorated, or heat-damaged collector area. Confirm model, header type, and part number 010078F before ordering. Installation should be performed by a qualified pool heater technician.
