The Raypak 267A Burner Tray With Burner [0-5000 Foot] (010344F) is a replacement burner tray for compatible Raypak pool and spa heater applications. It provides the burner mounting platform needed for combustion service and should be matched carefully to fuel type, ignition style, and elevation notes when shown. This item is a practical choice when the original component is worn, corroded, heat damaged, missing, or no longer providing the correct fit during a heater repair. The model references in the product name should be used as the primary guide when matching this part to an existing heater. Because heater components can vary by model series, production version, fuel configuration, and installation setup, compare the complete part number and model callouts before ordering. For best results, inspect nearby gaskets, fasteners, panels, wiring, burner parts, and sealing surfaces during the repair so the replacement can be installed cleanly and without forcing alignment. Installation should be performed with the heater powered down and the appropriate gas, electrical, and water connections secured according to the service procedure for the unit. Designed for the Raypak model/application references shown in the product title Replacement burner tray for heater repair, restoration, or service work Helps maintain proper fit and alignment within the compatible heater assembly Useful when the existing part is damaged, deteriorated, missing, or no longer serviceable Verify part number 010344F, model series, and configuration before ordering or installation Show more
