Producer from Ambonnay. A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay all from the 2012 vintage. Partial malolactic. Dosage 8g/l. Tasting Note: Golden yellow, thin and lush foam, th e nose is complex and slightly roasted, opening up after airing. We can detect toasted hints and dry fruit. The palate is well structured and rich, leaving space for a beautiful fresh finish.
