Overview Early GM trucks all came with 6 lug axles. Not only does this limit your wheel choices, but it restricts your options on brakes as well. Hurst Engineering is here with the solution of our 5 lug axle conversion kits. These kits include axles, limited slip differential, and drum brake assemblies. The axles are made from 1541H alloy for supreme strength and durability.
