We have received a used KAWAKAMI GUITARS OMC-3S. This cutaway model comes from a brand that has garnered attention for being used by many famous players, including Ritchie Blackmore. It features a solid Lutz spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back. The fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony. It has a 44mm nut width and a 645mm scale length. The OMC-3S is characterized by its thick, resonant strings and a unique sound featuring brilliant overtones and power, making it an excellent choice for fingerpicking and solo guitar. The high notes project well, producing a smooth and seamless sound without sacrificing power, and it delivers optimal tone for lead playing and arpeggios. Repairs have been made to the gap caused by the bridge coming loose, and the frets have been leveled. The label inside the soundhole has been removed. There are dents and fine scratches throughout the body. The neck condition is fine; the truss rod has approximately 90 degrees of adjustment remaining in the tightening direction, and the string height is set low at approximately 2.2 mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string. This string height is appropriate for both playability and sound.
