We are not the first people to manipulate your comics (after publishers and shippers). Comics are bagged and boarded in store, by careful staff, after printer and warehouse manipulations. BD Cosmos accepts returns for books damaged in transit, but we cannot guarantee High Grade books every time. Shipping Please note that shipping and release dates are approximate. Items usually ship out within 2 business days of receiving orders, receiving stock shipment, and after legal release date. All orders of one (1) to three (3) single issue comic books are shipped in Gemini mailer boxes via Canada Post Lettermail services (unless clients specify other types of shipping*) Lettermail Shipping does not provide tracking or insurance on the package. With lettermail shipping, neither BD Cosmos or the customer have any way of following the shipment progression during transit. Customers may select the “Expedited Shipping” option regardless of the contents of their order if they would like to have tracking and insurance on their order during transit. Customers who want to avoid shipping costs may choose the “Local Pickup” option to come by the store located in Laval (QC, Canada). The combined shipping fees are $2 CAD per additional book to a maximum of 3 books for Lettermail Shipping. For USA buyers, shipping fees are $4 CAD per additional book. If payment for your order has not been processed within 96 hours (four days) of purchase, eBay will automatically cancel your order. BD Cosmos cannot do anything to change or prevent this. Please be mindful of your timeframes. You can, however, make a new order and try again.
