Multi-instrumentalist Rex Brown is best known for his work with legendary metal bands PANTERA, DOWN, and KILL DEVIL HILL, as well as his hard rock solo album Smoke on This. His new Rex Brown Signature Thunderbird bass features a mahogany neck and body, gold hardware, Hipshot bridge and mini-clover tuners (w/Drop D Xtender). A pair of powerful Rexbucker T-Bird pickups provide ample output and punch in the low end. The master tone control features a push/pull switch that puts the pickups in passive mode when the knob is pulled up. The truss rod cover is signed by Rex and the back plate has his unique doodle. The overall appearance of the guitar shows signs of use, such as scratches and minor scuffs, and a sticker mark can be seen on the lower part of the body back, but the guitar is in good playing condition.
