A ride cymbal from the brand of Lasse Funch, who handcrafts cymbals in Denmark. A model inspired by the old K Zildjian. (Specific model unknown) It faithfully recreates the Old K Z ildjian, including the cup shape, overall form, and hammering depth, and the tonal characteristics are impressively true to the original. It pursues a jazzy, traditional K sound: a thin, supple crash, a clear ping, and a fat, deep mid-low range. While there are fingerprints and some playing marks, it shows minimal overall wear and remains fully playable. This is a very rare piece with limited distribution.
