A Singapore-based guitar brand known only to those in the know! A Singapore-based guitar brand founded by Mr. Hozen, the founder of Maestro Guitars. Black Label | Small Jumbo The a ll-solid body features a Florentine cutaway and a beveled armrest, with Sitka spruce for the top and Indian rosewood for the sides and back. The mahogany neck (carbon fiber reinforced) has a nut width of approximately 44mm and a long scale of approximately 645mm, and is fitted with an African ebony fingerboard. Japanese animal glue is used for the construction. The body, finished with a thin gloss finish, is fitted with a clear pickguard. An oval-shaped soundhole (side port) is also incorporated into the body side. In addition to X-bracing, the tone brace—commonly found in standard acoustic guitars—features a very unique shape and configuration. The tuners are Grover Rotomatic in black nickel. It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival. The truss rod has been checked up to 60 degrees in both directions and is functioning properly, and the frets retain sufficient height. While there are some minor scratches on and around the pickguard, the guitar is overall in excellent condition, clearly having been played with great care. The tone of each string is clear, and you can feel wonderful sustain and dynamics. Fingerstyle solos are especially recommended!
