The Taylor 200 Series Deluxe: The Best Value for the Money! Made in Mexico, at the Tecate factory A Grand Auditorium body with a Venetian cutaway and a gloss finish. The solid-top body features Sitka spruce on the top and layered sapele on the sides and back. The top features forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, while the back has a round bracing pattern. The 25.5" long-scale neck has an ebony fingerboard and a nut width of approximately 43.5mm. It features the familiar ES2 pickup, with Volume, Treble, and Bass controls located on the body side. Since arrival, it has been cleaned, had its strings replaced, and undergone truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling. The truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions with no issues, and the frets are in good enough condition for playing. There are scattered dents of varying sizes on the body top. Additionally, there are scattered minor scuffs and scratches. While it shows signs of use, playability is excellent!
