Clyde F. Seavey Sr. This 1930-60s charcoal on paper portrait is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and California College of Ar ts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly.
