The 09F509B0009, a high-quality inverter unit from KEB, is crafted for seamless compatibility with three-phase motors. With its user-friendly design and interface, it provides dynamic operation and continuously displays its operating status. Equipped with several protective mechanisms, this COMBIVERT unit prevents motor overheating, adjusts frequencies automatically for optimal voltage output, speed range and torque based on preset values, and activates its auto-boost function to maintain required voltage when a decrease is detected. The device is safeguarded against overcurrent with an automatic shut-off provision, while the Maximum constant current feature reduces the output frequency if the value exceeds its limit. The inverter, built on an Insulated-gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) circuit, offers short-term overload up to 200% with minimal switching losses. It meets IEC1000 specifications and thus is impervious to interference and can be networked through CAN, Profibus or Interbus-S gateways. The product’s installation and commissioning are straightforward, requiring minimal prior experience.
