1:1 coaching is completely individualized 12 week program specifically designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals based on your lifestyle. This is the highest level of nutrition coaching that I offer, built on personal connection and communication where I am walking along side of you throughout the entirety of the program to support you in every way possible. My 1:1 coaching includes the following support and guidance throughout the duration of the program: Individualized macro count based on your current goals, lifestyle, and dieting history 12 week progressive overload weight training program with progress tracker Initial onboarding call where we breakdown the details of your program + set you up for success from the start Custom progress spreadsheet to track your progress, biofeedback, and workouts Detailed weekly check-ins to review your progress, where I will give feedback and make necessary adjustments to your macros if needed Lose It App diary sharing + audits Daily access to me for questions or support via Voxer App 25 page complete macro guide filled with educational information all about macros, how to get started, and helpful tips to set you up for success Meal + grocery list guide to help give you ideas when beginning to build your new healthy lifestyle Once you submit payment, you will receive an online questionnaire within 48 hours to complete that will allow me to create your individualized program. This is a 12 week commitment, with $300 payment recurring monthly. By completing this transaction, you are in agreement that you are 18 years of age or older.
