1-1 Sessions 1-1 yoga sessions are available at The Breathing Space, by arrangement. This service is available to provide a personal practice. Sessions can be booked individually or as a series. The beautiful studio environment offers a unique opportunity to feel the benefits of the practice, where props are provided and the stillness allows you to focus on the practice. If you need somebody to visit you in situ, please enquire, we may be able to bring the practice to you. 1-1 sessions appeal to practitioners for different reasons; be it health concerns, building confidence to join group classes, carving out me-time, focus on a particular area of practice, or to support during challenging eras of our lives. Yoga is beneficial for so many reasons! While it is therapeutic, please know we are not here to provide an alternative to professional medical treatment where it is needed, but as a compliment to it. Please seek confirmation that yoga practice is best for you if you are receiving treatment. Please enquire and specify if there is an instructor with whom you'd like to connect specifically.
