Each side is hung 10–14 days for incredible flavor, then carefully vacuum-sealed to keep it fresh in your freezer for a year or more. A simple, reliable way to stock up on high-quality beef $100 *non-refundable deposit will hold your spot. It will be credited towards the final cost. Once the deposit is submitted, we will be in contact with you to choose a butcher date and answer any questions you might have. *Deposit may be refunded only in the case of a customer backing out due to price per pound being higher than listed when the deposit was submitted* We are currently at $4.50/lb hanging weight plus processing (As of 1/8/25- subject to change as Market Price fluctuates) Processing is done at Caledonia Packing.
