200 pounds of delicious, nutrient dense, grass fed and finished beef! All beef comes in individual vacuum sealed packages! This will be broken up into approximately: 40% ground bee f (80 pounds) 30% steak cuts (60 pounds) 30% slow cook cuts (60 pounds) (roasts, brisket, stew meat, short ribs, etc) A half beef can feed a family of 2, 4 times a week, for a year! No need to worry about what's for dinner, you'll always have a nutrient dense protein source right at your fingertips! What type of freezer will I need? A deep freezer of roughly 10 cubic feet. This will allow extra space to organize and move things around as needed. All products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
