Over time, some maggots shrink down and become too small to turn into decent‑sized casters. What you’re left with is a mix of small white maggots and small casters (including some darker/black ones) — not ideal for traditional use, but still incredibly useful on the bank. Rather than waste them, these make a perfect, cost‑effective bait for bulking out mixes. 1/2 GallonsPlease open bag upon arrival and pour into a large bait tub or tray. The maggots should start wiggling within a couple of hours, place in a fridge at 1-2 degrees centigrade until required. Alternatively place bag staright in the freezer to store as dead maggots.
