This is a Private Class that will be scheduled with you via Josh and Jessica. We will be breaking down a 1/2 hog. You will learn how to cut up and break down 1/2 a hog into your fa vorite cuts including but not limited to chops, ribs, tenderloin, shoulder, butt, belly and we will even grind up some pork for sausage.
