Farm-to-table process 1) Purchase a beef share on our website with a non-refundable $100.00 deposit. This will hold your share. This deposit will be applied to your total. (Non-refundable $100.00 deposit) *This is the amount to hold your share of beef paid to Veldman Cattle Company 2) The cost of your beef share is calculated by the processed hanging weight of your beef share at $9.99 per pound. (Hanging weight of beef pounds X $9.99) *This is the amount that will be paid to Veldman Cattle Copmany 3) When your beef share is packaged and frozen it will be delivered at no charge up to 60 miles from Yale Michigan. Over 60 miles is $3.00 per mile charge. (Free delivery up to 60 miles from Yale Michigan) The hanging weight of our 1/4 beef share is usually 175-200 lbs. The final processing and packaging weight is usually 125-150 lbs. *All invoices are to be paid in full at or before delivery
