Where to begin? This is a real treasure, all that Turkey red alone! Tons of calicos, some solid and two-tone squares, a very artful arrangement, cream border, reminds one of the Ge e's Bend quilts. Size: 71" x 71"Condition: some areas of minor damage, nothing significant that would make the quilt unusable. This antique quilt has been hand-washed and hung in the air to dry. It is always recommended to soak quilts to wash and lay or hang in the sun to dry. Do not wash an antique quilt in the washing machine.
