Available Now! 1/8 beef nearly fills the top freezer on a standard stand-up freezer. Includes typically 2-3 T-bone Steaks, 2-3 Rib Steaks, 2 Top Sirloin Steaks or 2 Sirloin Tip Roa sts, 2-3 roasts, either Arm, Top, Bottom, Round and/or Chuck, and Ground Beef. You’ll receive 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts and misc. cuts like Short Ribs and Stew Meat, 40-50% Ground Beef. Our beef is pasture raised and grain finished in a way we've perfected after over 100 years of ranching—so that you get the best flavor and marbling possible.
