A one hour Embodiment Session offers a supportive space to explore what is currently unfolding and how the mind and body are communicating with one another. Together, patterns that no longer serve can begin to soften while cultivating deeper self awareness and connection to the subtle signals of the body. Sessions may include discussing supportive tools, grounding practices, and routines designed to encourage greater alignment, regulation, and connection to the authentic self. Multiple sessions are available if continued support feels beneficial.
