Utility barrier panel for manholes, works and site edges This is a single HDPE utility barrier panel, sold individually rather than as part of a kit. It connects to other Melba Utility Barrier panels with the D-hinge and D-clip system, so you can extend an existing run, replace a damaged panel, or build a custom length instead of buying a fixed 3 or 4 gate kit. Moulded in the UK from UV-stabilised HDPE, it carries a red and white reflective finish and is available in 750mm or 1 metre widths.
