JStarz Training Booking Policies & Terms By registering for any JStarz Training service, event, camp, or program, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Media Consent: Unless otherwise requested in writing, you consent to JStarz Training capturing and using photos/videos from sessions or events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. • Cancellation Policy: JStarz Training maintains a strict 3-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled session are considered non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances at the sole discretion of JStarz Training. • Assumption of Risk: Participation in all JStarz Training activities is voluntary and at your own risk. JStarz Training, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation. • Booking Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for most bookings to guarantee availability.
