Christians are aliens and exiles in an often hostile world—and yet the work of Christ enables us to live lives that are marked by hope, joy, courage, and faithfulness. This Reformed Expository Bible Study gives groups and individuals thirteen lessons that focus on observing and understanding the text—making connections to the rest of the Bible and to Reformed theology. Lessons close with personal application and a prayer prompt. This Reformed Expository Bible Study is designed for personal and group use. Each lesson connects to the rest of the Bible and holds to the same standards as the Reformed Expository Commentary series: a high view of Scripture; a Christ-centered focus; a Reformed theological basis; and an emphasis on personal application and prayer.
