PBW is a non-caustic cleaner for stainless steel, glass, copper, and even plastic that is widely used in commercial breweries. Use 1 tablet per 1 gallon of water. Soak 20-30 minutes, then rinse well with warm water. Soaking longer, even overnight, will help remove all those organic deposits of fermentation with little scrubbing.
