This 100% ceremonial-grade cacao paste is our premier product. The seeds come from organic soils tended on family parcels via the Red Ratzum Cooperative and always checked for high est quality. It goes through a careful fermentation process, is sun-dried, then fire-toasted in small batches by Q'eqchi women, and finally hand-peeled, seed by seed, to preserve the integrity of the medicine. This cacao supports regenerative agroforestry practices and fair livelihoods for original caretakers of the land. Preparation: Chop into small pieces. Add 2-3 tbsp cacao to hot water or warm milk.
