The S&S Power Package takes a '99-'17 Twin Cam to 100 or 110 cubic inches, the largest displacement gain available without touching the crankcases. No Shipping to California. Case boring is the line that separates a weekend job from a shop project. The Power Package was built to stay on the near side of it: cylinders come matched to their pistons, no machining is required, and the whole thing bolts on. For '99-'06 motors that means 100 cubic inches, and for '07-'17 motors it means 110, which is as far as displacement goes before the cases have to come apart. What Comes in the Power Package The core is a 4" big bore cylinder kit with 10.5:1 pistons, paired with S&S 585 Easy Start cams. Quickee pushrods and premium hydraulic tappets handle the valvetrain, and a TC3 cam support plate and oil pump keep oil pressure consistent as displacement climbs. Every part needed to move to a gear drive cam or to hydraulic tensioners ships in the box, so you choose which direction the cam drive goes. Designed and manufactured in the USA. Pinion shaft runout must measure under .003" to run gear drive cams, so check that before choosing the gear drive option.
