This is the widest injection-moulded rectangular base in the range, intended for large vehicles, substantial creatures, heavy war engines and multi-model centrepieces. Its added depth accommodates models that are too broad for the narrower long rectangle while retaining a ranked rectangular footprint. "Plain" identifies the flat, unslotted design with no raised lip. The base is injection-moulded from matte black ABS with sharp corners, a reinforced hollow underside and a fine textured top for paint, adhesive and scenic basing materials.
