The chain, the lock body as well as supporting elements of the locking mechanism are made of Abus��������s special hardened steel. ABUS chains are made from virgin steel and are hardened using a temper hardened process. This makes the chain extra hard to cut and both sides of the link need to be cut to open the chain.
