2×Hieff™ HotStart PCR Genotyping Master Mix (With Dye) is a ready-to-use PCR pre-mixed solution containing Hieff™ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. It simplifies experimental procedures significantly by requiring only the addition of primers and template for amplification, enabling high-throughput operations and improving reproducibility of experimental results. Hieff™ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is a ligand-modified thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase whose activity is modulated with temperature changes. Its enzyme activity is completely blocked at room temperature and released upon heating at 95°C. Activation of Hieff™ HotStart DNA Polymerase requires only 2-3 minutes and is compatible with existing PCR programs. This product prevents non-specific amplification during sample preparation and temperature cycling stages, making it effective for genotyping experiments. Features Convenient, ready-to-use mix Thermostable—half-life is more than 40 min at 95°C Generates PCR products with 3'-dA overhangs Applications Mouse genotyping Hotstart PCR Specifications Fidelity (vs. Taq) 1 × Hot Start No Overhang 3'-A Polymerase Taq DNA Polymerase Reaction Format SuperMix or Master Mix Reaction Speed Standard Product Type PCR Master Mix (2×) Components Name 10108ES03 10108ES08 10108ES50 10108ES60 2× Hieff™ HotStart PCR Genotyping Master Mix(With Dye) 1 mL 5×1 mL 50×1 mL 100×1 mL Figure Cited from" Knockdown of hnRNPA1 Promotes NSCLC Metastasis and EMT by Regulating Alternative Splicing of LAS1L exon 9, Front.
