Developed with freeride legend Jeremy Jones and in support of Protect Our Winters, the Fornix Mips POW JJ gives ultimate protection in the backcountry. Featuring an updated interior that refines both fit and function—and coming complete with Mips rotational impact protection—the helmet offers comfort and security in the backcountry. Thicker padding around the helmet brim and crown gives a softer, more cushioned feel at the contact points between the helmet and head. Improvements to the helmet's 360° fit system and cradle adjuster make it even easier to find a secure and comfortable fit. Designed to be worn with or without ear pads, the Fornix Mips POW JJ features a highly adjustable chin strap with adjusters inspired by cycle helmets. The strap provides comfort and flexibility regardless of whether the ear pads are attached. The ear pads are soft and flexible, offering comfort and warmth when temperatures drop or winds rise. Classic design details on the helmet, like the integrated aramid bridges for enhanced penetration protection, a goggle clip, and adjustable ventilation, provide comfort and security every time you take to the mountains. Goggle chimneys Vents in the helmet align with goggles to allow steam to escape. Aramid Bridges Aramid bridges improve the structural strength of the helmet and enhance penetration protection. PC Shell The polycarbonate outer shell keeps weight low while offering exceptional strength and durability. EPS Liner An expanded polystyrene liner is optimised to give crash protection while keeping weight low. 360° Adjustment system The 360° adjustment system makes it easy to find a comfortable, secure fit without changing padding. Goggle Clip A fixed goggle clip at the rear of the helmet keeps goggles firmly attached to your helmet. Mips® The inclusion of Mips® enhances rotational impact protection.
