PO’ Aromatica (Aromatic) clearly indicates the main feature of this Grappa, due to the grape marc of aromatic Traminer. The primary aromas of Traminer, contained in the grape skins ,are transferred to Grappa thanks to the bain-marie distillation, making it peppery and immediately identifiable.
