The GoldBand™ 50 bp DNA Ladder consists of fourteen double-stranded DNA fragments (50 bp, 100 bp, 150 bp, 200 bp, 250 bp, 300 bp, 350 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1,000 bp). Since this product is premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be used in agarose gel electrophoresis directly. The reference bands are 250 bp and 500 bp, with a concentration of 100 ng/5 μL. The concentration of the other bands is 40 ng/5 μL. This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
