Arzente is a wine brandy distilled from Trebbiano di Soave. It has a delicate aroma and high acidity. The distillation process uses a steam alembic still on a discontinuous cycle t o remove the heads and tails. It is aged for ten years in Slavonia and Limousin oak casks before a final year in Allier oak carati.
