The S&S 106" Stroker Flywheel Kit adds a 4-1/2" stroke to a '99-'16 Twin Cam without any modification to the motor cases. Stroke is the harder half of a displacement increase, beca use it usually means the cases have to be opened up. These flywheels were engineered to fit as they are, which removes the single most expensive step from a stroker build. For a 103" stock motor or one already running a factory 95" kit, the flywheels plus a piston kit is the whole project. How the 106" Stroker Kit Is Built The flywheels are three piece assembled units, precision engineered to deliver the 4-1/2" stroke reliably under load. They work with stock or S&S cylinder heads, so the build does not force a head decision. Stock cylinders must be bored to 3.875" to accept the increased displacement. Fuel injected motors require recalibration of the fuel injection system afterward.
