With the multiple sizes you can wrap up the newest little baby girl, or add borders to the largest size and spread her out on a twin bed. I have seen the color change on the dress, hair, and skin color many times on customer quilts, don't be afraid to make this your own. That is one of the great things about my patterns, you are getting a large image but are able to make the changes you want unlike with baby panels. And the are pieced not applique, so straight cutting and straight seams. Great for Beginning Quilters. * 3 sizes: The main instruction is for the Crib size 36"x42", with additional pages for a smaller 24"x28" and larger 48"x56". The sizes shown are just for the image. Borders will give you some flexibility. The pattern lists fabric yardage, then uses charts to show the number of strips to cut and the number of pieces to cut from those strips. The entire top is then sewn using straight 1/4" seams.
