Written circa 1840. Anna Lefroy was the daughter of Jane's brother James. She inherited the original manuscript of Jane's incomplete novel Sanditon, and decided to finish it. This book is the result. But she didn't complete it either! Transcribed, edited, with introduction by Mary Gaither Marshall. Limited to 500 copies when published, the number thereafter reduced (many were destroyed in a flood). White cloth and blue paper cover with paper label pasted to spine, blue paper wrapper to match.
