Each step in the creation of a bottle of Armand de Brignac – from harvest, to pressing, riddling, disgorging and labeling – is handled by a team of just 18 people. The finest grapes are selected from the most emblematic villages of the Champagne region, including Avize, Verzenay, Bouzy, Rilly la Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes. Without the pressures of volume production and with the continued goal for only the highest quality, Armand de Brignac is exceedingly selective with juice extraction from the handpicked fruit. Only the very first portion of the cuvée press is taken, to ensure pristine juice with freshest flavor and highest acidity. Aroma Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. Taste The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of toastiness.
