Fluid temperature monitoring Measures temperature from 40° to 221°F | -34° to 60°C Accurate to ± .36°F | ± .2°C Measures temperature of fluid inside a pipe The Immersion Temperature Sensor can be used with most Sensaphone models to measure the temperature of fluids inside a pipe. When the temperature falls outside of the Sensaphone’s programmed high or low limit, the user will receive an alarm which displays or reads the current temperature. It’s constructed of brass WEL-B thermowell which screws into a customer-supplied 0.5” NPT saddle or Thredolet® fitting in a pipe. It fits into a thermowell via a brass 0.125” NPT fitting. The sensor connects to the Sensaphone with the attached 8’ of wire and can be extended using optional accessory wire.
