This buffer is designed for use with KlenTaq mutant enzymes and corresponding LA version of these enzymes. Each tube contains 1.5 ml of 10X PCR reaction buffer, which is enough for 600 x 25 µl reactions. The composition of the 10X buffer is 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 9.2, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 0.25% Brij-58, and 35 mM magnesium chloride.
