Matchatini Recipe A refreshing alcohol-free matcha cocktail with bright citrus notes, a subtle touch of vanilla and a silky foam finish. Ingredients 2–3g Ceremonial Matcha 30ml water (75–80°C) 10ml 11.11 Alcohol-Free Botanical Spirit 10ml fresh lime juice 10ml vanilla syrup 15ml egg white Ice cubes Preparation Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy. Add the matcha, 11.11, lime juice, vanilla syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds.
