Part of the Perkins 1100 Series, the range's 4 cylinder, 4.4 litre engines are smooth and quiet in operation. Designed to meet EU Stage II/IIIA and U.S. EPA Tier 2/Tier 3 equivalent emissions standards, the 1104 range offer a choice of mechanical or electronically controlled common rail engines. Electronically controlled engines deliver the right fuel injection for the load applied to the engine. Common front and rear ends, connection points and components across the range, making it easy to install a different 1100 Series engine in your application. These units are completely enclosed for even quieter running operations.This new Perkins Model 1104D Flex engine package includes:- Murphy MPC20 engine control system- Insulated turbo and exhaust kit- Air shut off valve- Bell housing plate, flex plate and adapter for hydraulic pump- The engine is controlled with variable RPM to deliver approximately 14to 25 GPM at 5,000 PSI.Enclosed Hydraulic Power Unit/Power Pack:The HPU equipment package is approximately 37"W x 96"L x 60"H. Construction includes a two-compartment base tank assembly which provides capacities for 65 gallons of fuel and 55 gallons of hydraulic oil, a 2" stand-pipe suction port, 2" fuel and oil tank heater ports, lined and insulated enclosure with removable panels, reinforced top, and serviceaccess doors. The base tank is painted black with enclosure primed only for top-coat finish paint. The paint color will be determined at time of order.The base assembly includes a weather resistant toolbox on the front of the unit with a fold-down door designed for a customer-provided radio remote, battery charger, and long bar. The base also includes a sealed flip-down compartment door for a maximum of three starter batteries. The HPU also includes:-All electrical harnesses, diodes, relay box, and switches for crane interface and controls-High idle switch, fuel level gauge with switch, and one floodlight switch-Main battery disconnect switch, one 110V 15-Amp male receptacle for battery charger, and one (1) Odyssey model 31-S 950 CCA battery-Four additional battery terminal cable ends and hold down kit for a three battery setup-Pre-wired for lights on top of enclosure (lights not included)These Hydraulic Power Units/Power Packs are run-ready with hydraulic hose and adapter kit, including suction line and anti-siphon check valve. Customer may request lights oradditional batteries prior to delivery.
