This is the second edition of a book first published in 1911. The foreword to the 2nd edition describes several changes to the text and includes claims that predictions made by the author in 1914 turned out to be true with regards to the Kaiser, the Czar, and other aspects of the period around the Great War. This dense astrological book is divided into three parts. The first part has 12 chapters, one for each "type" (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, etc.). The second part is "Analytical" and explains planetary aspects and how a horoscope is created. The third part has tables and Specimen Horoscopes, one being the horoscope of Jane Austen.
