Onota Watanna aka Winnifred Eaton [1875-1954] published over a dozen novels and dozens of short stories and articles in the US and Canada. She was one of the first North American w riters of Asian descent to publish fiction in English. With beautiful pale green illustrations by L. W. Ziegler decorating every page.
